Agricision, Inc. is a U.S.-based agricultural technology company developing American-made unmanned aerial systems, precision application technology, and intelligent software solutions for agriculture. Farmer-founded and farmer-led, Agricision develops technology with a practical understanding of what agricultural drone operators, applicators, and producers need in the field: reliable equipment, serviceable designs, accurate application, accessible parts and support, and technology that improves operational efficiency.
At the center of Agricision’s product portfolio is the BUBBA-18G, an American-made agricultural spray drone designed specifically for commercial agricultural applications. With an 18-gallon liquid capacity, the BUBBA-18G provides operators with a durable, field-serviceable, U.S.-made alternative in the agricultural spray drone market. Its modular design prioritizes serviceability and repairability, helping operators minimize downtime, simplify maintenance, and keep their equipment working in the field.
Agricision is also developing advanced precision agriculture technology that expands the capabilities of UAVs beyond application. Our proprietary Pest Detection Pod and Platform uses machine learning and computer vision to detect, identify, verify, and geotag agricultural pests during flight. By identifying where pest pressures are occurring within a field, the system is designed to provide actionable data that can support targeted treatment and reduce unnecessary chemical applications.
Our long-term vision is to connect scouting, detection, data, and application into a more intelligent precision agriculture workflow. Rather than treating every acre the same, Agricision is developing technology that can help operators and growers better understand field conditions and make more precise application decisions.
Agricision is also working to strengthen the domestic agricultural drone supply chain. In addition to our own UAV platforms, we are working with industry partners to bring high-quality propulsion and component solutions to the U.S. market, providing operators and manufacturers with additional alternatives to components currently dominated by overseas suppliers.
Our team brings together expertise in farming, UAV operations, engineering, hardware development, software development, machine learning, and precision agriculture. That combination allows Agricision to approach drone technology from both sides of the equation: how the technology performs from an engineering perspective and how it must perform for the people actually using it in the field.

Agricision, Inc's Founders
Meet Ken & Diana Warren — founders of Agricision, Inc.
Over 40 years of combined farming experience has given us both a passion for helping farmers, just like us, find a better way to manage pest and disease issues without having to risk bottom line profit or crop loss come harvest time.
In 2019, we formed Agricision, Inc., a woman-owned, farmer-led, AgTech company to bridge the gap in the agricultural analytical tools market by providing early pest detection of weeds, insects, and disease using autonomous drone technology to bring farmers precise, and accurate data when timing is critical.
The idea for Agricision’s remarkable journey over the past six years actually began in 2016 when Ken and Diana Warren identified a critical gap in traditional agricultural practices with no existing solution. Invasive weeds were growing over the canopy in different areas of their wheat field, presenting Ken with two labor-intensive and inefficient options: load the sprayer and spray the entire field when it wasn’t necessary or pull the weeds by hand. There had to be a better way. That day, the idea for Agricision’s proprietary software and a spot treatment solution that would target infested areas of the field was born. Recognizing the importance of protecting their innovation, Ken pursued patenting the idea.
By 2019, Agricision, Inc. was officially formed when Sheri Neuhofer and Jason Gillikin joined the team, helping to collect essential data for what would become their groundbreaking pest detection system. The team participated in business accelerators and growth programs, expanding their expertise and vision. Their hard work earned them non-dilutive funding to develop a prototype for a specialized sprayer drone that would seamlessly integrate with their proprietary software, after discovering that commercial off the shelf drones were not going to work.
In 2023, Mickey Cowden joined the team, enhancing the software to enable real-time pest detection and verification—a true game changer for Agricision’s software. By 2024, Richard Mansell completed the team, focusing on the development of the Scout-X VTOL drone, which will be available for sale by the 2026 growing season, marking a significant milestone in Agricision’s evolution.
The Warrens started Agricision because they had a necessity and were determined to solve a problem that didn’t have a solution. Today, the same passion drives Agricision forward, they remain committed to helping farmers with innovative tools that will continue to solve challenges they face in their fields every day. The tools Agricision provides today reduces chemical use, increases crop yield, and increases bottom line profit. But more than innovative tools, Agricision is empowering the hands that feed the world to farm smarter, more efficiently, and more sustainably.
